Wellbeing By The Sea

A series of looping animations aiming to shine a light on the benefits of spending time by the seaside for our mental and physical wellbeing. There are so many qualities about the ocean which can be really beneficial to us, including the calming blue colour of the water and the meditative qualities of the rolling waves.

Finding Happiness in Unexpected Places

In collaboration with actress Megan Piper, we created an immersive experience at Arts University Bournemouth responding to the theme of ‘Finding Happiness in Unexpected Places’.

The audience walks through the room full of screens playing my looping animations whilst wearing silent disco headphones with two audios telling stories.

A running theme in this project is railway travel. Many may find travelling on public transport overwhelming, however there are many positives. Trains can connect us to each other and also connect us to areas of nature which are so vital for our mental wellbeing.
